Build instructions

cmake -B build
make -C build

Pass -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug or -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release to cmake to select the according build configuration.

This builds a CLI that can be then found in ./build/bin/katja.
