At least a simple README that shortly describes the contents of the package and what it does is required. It can also link to the additional documentation. The main package has a wiki that can contain combined documentation for graphql itself and for graphql-spice too, since it should describe general usage and not the functions of individual functions.

The question is whether the wiki is better kept in graphql or graphql-spice.
